In addition Cruise Vacations, Inc assumes no responsibility for overbooking, cancellation or delays for cruises, hotels or airlines.

Cruise Vacations, Inc shall not be responsible for any damage to or loss of luggage or personal items. We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance. Travelers who use this Web Site, assume full responsibility for, and hereby release Cruise Vacations, Inc from any duty of checking or verifying any passports, visa, vaccination or other entry requirements for chosen destinations. The traveler agrees that Cruise Vacations, Inc is not responsible for any potential risks and hazards associated with travel to destinations listed on the Web Site. By embarking on travel arrangements through, or utilizing information contained on, the Web Site, you voluntarily assume the risks associated with such travel.

Limitation of Liability

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless CruiseVacations.net and any third-party providers and distributors and their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim, cause of action or demand, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by or on your behalf in excess of the liability described herein or by third parties as a result of your use of this site.

Governing Law
The laws of the State of Colorado, United States of America, shall govern this Agreement and its performance. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Jefferson County, State of Colorado, United States of America, in all questions and controversies arising out of or related to your use of the site and this Agreement.

Cruise Vacations.net reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which this Web site is offered.

Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire Agreement between you and CruiseVacations.net relating to your use of the site, at any time and in any way, and supersede any prior understandings or agreements between you and CruiseVacations.net relating to such use, whether electronic, oral, or written.

Fee Schedule for Changes or Cancellation
These fees may be assessed if changes are made after deposit, or if the booking is cancelled. Fees listed below are in addition to the Vendor's penalties.(Cruise Line, Air, Car, Hotel, Resorts, Tour Company)

Air deviation:	$35.00-$50.00 per passenger
Bounced check:	50.00 per check
Cancellation:	$25.00 per person
Name change:	$25.00 per name
Reissue or reroute documents:	$25.00 per package

Debit Cards - If you are using a debit card you must notify CruiseVacations.net of your daily charge limit at least 24 hours prior to payment.

Credit Card Declines - In the event that your credit card is declined, Cruise Vacations, Inc. will attempt payment up to two times and will attempt to contact you. If we are unable to obtain authorization, your cruise will be subject to cancellation and standard penalties will apply.
